With over 25 years of experience in ABA, Education, and Therapy, our Founder, Ana, is driven by one belief: Behavior Science has the power to truly change lives. Her passion comes to life every day at, All About Behavior, where she loves seeing meaningful growth in our kiddos, our staff, and the families we serve. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time by the beautiful ocean in Hawaii. Braxton Baker

CEO

Our CEO, Braxton, has over 24 years of experience in teaching and coaching, 16 years as a Speech-Language Pathologist, and 12 years in ABA. He discovered his passion for ABA while working with adults with significant disabilities and seeing how behavior science could help people make faster, meaningful progress.

Braxton values All About Behavior’s commitment to high-quality care and is proud to be part of a team that always puts children first. One of his favorite quotes is from Mr. Rogers: “Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children, play is serious learning.”

With over 10 years of experience in ABA, Makena initially planned to pursue Speech-Language Pathology but discovered a passion for ABA while working as an RBT. What Makena loves most about All About Behavior is the opportunity to keep learning and growing while staying close to his hometown of Kaneohe. A fun fact: although he loves working in a data-driven field, his favorite media genre is deep fantasy. His favorite quote is: “It’s a kākou effort!” - Hawaiian Saying

With over 9 years of experience in ABA, education, and therapy, Kathy loves helping children learn new skills, gain independence, and create positive changes for their families. She enjoys seeing each learner’s smile and being part of a team that celebrates every success. A fun fact about Kathy: she enjoys eating hot pot and hiking in the mountains. With over 10 years of experience working with children, including 7 years in ABA, Kasse-Ann is passionate about helping kids grow, communicate, and reach their full potential. Inspired by the amazing mentors she had along the way, she finds every small breakthrough a reminder of why this work matters. What Kasse-Ann loves most about All About Behavior is the sense of ʻohana', seeing children and staff grow while being part of a team that celebrates every success. A fun fact about Kasse-Ann: being a mom is her favorite job. Monica has been working in ABA since 2018 with All About Behavior. With over 25 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and the veterinary field, her passion has always been helping keiki grow and thrive. What Monica loves most about her work is being part of each child’s progress and witnessing their amazing growth. A fun fact about Monica: she loves working with both keiki and animals, and her favorite things to do are napping and eating.

What Inspired You To Work In ABA?
I started nannying for a child with Autism and loved seeing the positive impact of therapy and the progress they made. That experience inspired me to pursue a career in ABA.

What Do You Enjoy Most About Working At All About Behavior? I enjoy seeing all the progress that the learner's make. I also love getting to pair and make connections with all of my kiddos and RBTs.

Years of Experience in ABA, Education and Therapy? I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology (Marriage and Family Therapy) from Chaminade University, along with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. I have over 6 years of experience helping children and families, including 5 years working directly with clients and ongoing experience as a certified behavior analyst. I’m passionate about using caring, research-based approaches to support meaningful growth for children and their families.

Fun Fact:
I played soccer for 10 years and still love finding local pickup games!

What Inspired You To Work In ABA?

I was first introduced to ABA while working as a Skills Trainer in the Department of Education during my Master’s studies. I had originally planned to pursue elementary education but realized I wanted to make a bigger impact by working one-on-one with children.

What Do You Enjoy Most About Working At All About Behavior?

I love seeing the kids' progress, whether big or small.  It's fun working in the clinic setting being surrounded with like minded people who are excited to see their learners grow.
