Personalized Therapeutic Support for Every Child’s Journey

At All About Behavior, we are intentional about how we define meaningful progress and lasting impact. Our work is guided by a clear framework that shapes what we pursue, how we do the work, and how we show up along the way.

Who We Are at AAB

We are building a world where children can expect teaching that helps them become capable learners, able to shape their own lives.

Our Vision - Where We’re Going

We do not measure success by surface-level progress. We deliver rigorous, intentionally designed teaching that changes how children learn, so they can grow beyond specialized support and continue learning throughout their lives.

Our Mission - How We Pursue That Vision

Our priorities guide how we design teaching, evaluate progress, and make decisions when tradeoffs are required.

  • Learning that generates more learning - We focus on skills that unlock future growth, not isolated behaviors.

  • Teaching designed intentionally and revised relentlessly - Teaching is planned, data-informed, and continually refined to support real learning.

  • Success measured by growing independence - Progress means needing less specialized support over time and learning from everyday life.

  • Sustainability as a requirement for excellence - Great outcomes must be achievable for families, clinicians, and the organization over the long term.

Our Priorities - What We Protect To Stay Aligned

Our values guide how we work with children, families, and each other.

  • Client-Centered Judgment - Thoughtful decisions guided by what most meaningfully supports learning over time.

  • Team-Forward Support - Shared responsibility, collaboration, and mutual respect.

  • Growth Through Curiosity - Continuous learning, feedback, and reflection.

  • Reliable Follow-Through - Consistency, clarity, and trust.

  • Appreciation of Differences - Thoughtful responsiveness to individual needs, perspectives, and contexts.

Building Skills Together

We help children build important skills, improve social interactions, and reduce challenging behaviors, all while tracking progress closely to make sure therapy is working and adjusting as needed. Families are an essential part of the process. We provide guidance, training, and ongoing support so progress continues at home, school, and in everyday life.
